The basic set includes loader, kernel and graphic libraries, as well as 3 basic system fonts. Alas, fonts are Cyrillic; European and Japaneese fonts to be added later (volunteers, anyone?) - but you still have your first 128 ASCII characters.

The basic tools you need to program MultiZ are AS (or M80, or whatever else) assembler - which can produce REL output files; LD linker of a version upper than 3.0, an the Resource Compiler to make menus, dialog boxes and other graphic stuff. You also have to look thru some examples.
