 My keypad is locked. How do I unlock it?
 The Grandstream phones allow customers to lock their keypad to prevent unauthorized use. This is most common in conference rooms or common areas. If you have not set a passcode then follow these instructions to unlock the keypad:
-    Press and hold the STAR (*) key
